Initial Inspection Price of $50.00 / Final Inspection Price of $50.00
All inspections must include a completed Blackstone Property Services Inspection form and before and after photos of each item identified on the inspection.
Liability Insurance required: Amount $1 Million dollars General Aggregate/General Liability and Errors & Omissions
Must provide Workman compensation insurance per local and state laws
If hired, Insurance must be in place and Blackstone Property Services LLC is named as additional insured on binder.
Initial and Final Inspections are to be returned within 48 hours of assignment.
Inspector agrees to resolve any invoicing disputes with Blackstone directly with-in 90 days of the invoice due date & must not place a mechanic’s lien on any Blackstone Properties
In no way is an inspector to perform any request that is in violation of any statue of state, county, or municipality.
I agree to pay for any applicable software fees required to perform my work. Blackstone Property Services currently utilizes a shared database software program that will cost inspectors $50/month.
